Please read these terms carefully before using Tracklete. By using the service, you agree to be bound by them.
By accessing or using Tracklete (“the Service”), operated by Tracklete (based in Lebanon), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
Tracklete is a fitness coaching platform that provides personal trainers with tools for client management, program building, scheduling, revenue tracking, and analytics. The Service is available via mobile app (iOS and Android) and web dashboard at https://app.tracklb.com.
To use Tracklete, you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Tracklete accounts are for individual trainers and may not be shared or resold.
New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with full Pro plan access. No credit card is required to begin the trial. After the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data is preserved during the transition.
Tracklete offers two subscription plans: Lite ($10/month) and Pro ($17/month). Payments are processed manually via Whish Money. To subscribe, send payment to our Whish Money number and include your account email in the payment note. Your subscription begins upon manual activation by our team, and a confirmation email is sent automatically.
Prices are listed in USD. Equivalent local currency amounts may be provided upon request. Tracklete reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
There is no automatic billing or recurring charges. Each monthly payment is manual. Payments are non-refundable except at our discretion for documented service failures. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@tracklb.com within 7 days of the payment.
You agree not to:
As a trainer using Tracklete, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal data into the Service. You acknowledge that you are the data controller for your clients' information, and Tracklete acts as the data processor.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Tracklete Service are the property of Tracklete or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service, including client information and workout programs you create. You grant Tracklete a limited license to store and process this data to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tracklete does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Tracklete is a business management tool for personal trainers. It does not provide medical advice, and workout programs created within the Service are solely the responsibility of the trainer who creates them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tracklete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tracklete in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@tracklb.com. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your account enters read-only mode — all your data is preserved and you can still view it, but you cannot create new content. You can reactivate at any time by making a new payment via Whish Money.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
